BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES REPLAT, PERMIT FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a pair of items on Monday, one for a replat and another for a specific use permit for an accessory dwelling unit.

Commissioners approved the request of Stephen and Jannis Lee to replat a vacant, 0.178-acre lot at 1314 Williams Street into two lots for a twin home development. 

The commission also gave the okay for Lachesha and Reginald Phillips to receive a specific use permit in order to build a 540-square-foot accessory dwelling unit on their property, located on 0.68 acres at 1309 Hidden Creek Lane.
