BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY WARRANT, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Brenham police reported arrests between Thursday and early this (Friday) morning on charges including a burglary warrant and marijuana possession.
Around 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Officers Trinten Rolling and Navone Gurley responded to the 300 block of Clayton Drive in reference to a warrant service. 17-year-old Hector Bermea of Brenham showed to have an active warrant out of the Washington County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace for Burglary of a Building. Bermea was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for the warrant.
Just before 1 a.m. today, Officer Trinten Rolling performed an investigative stop on a reported suspicious vehicle in the 1100 block of Highway 290 East. Police say their investigation revealed that 19-year-old Alan Garcia of Bryan was in possession of marijuana. Garcia was placed into custody and taken to the Washington County Jail for Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.
