BLUEBONNET GARDEN CLUB AUGUST YARD OF MONTH

  

The Bluebonnet Garden Club has selected the residence of Shannon and Lance Altman at 107 W Bryan Street as its August Yard of the Month.

The Altmans' thoughtfully designed landscape showcases a vibrant array of colorful blooms and variegated foliage, creating an inviting display for the neighborhood. Their dedication to maintaining and enhancing their landscape has resulted in a beautiful, pollinator-friendly garden that provides enjoyment for both residents and the many butterflies it attracts.

The front landscape features colorful lantana, begonias, and vincas, which serve as a welcoming haven for butterflies of all sizes. Well-manicured shrubs and variegated Aztec grass frame the home, adding year-round interest and exceptional curb appeal.

During the selection visit, Bluebonnet Garden Club members enjoyed visiting with Shannon Altman, who shared her enthusiasm for gardening and discussed plans for future landscape improvements.

In recognition of their outstanding efforts, Shannon and Lance Altman were presented with a gift card from Plants N Things by members of the Bluebonnet Garden Club. The Bluebonnet Garden Club extends its appreciation to the Altmans for their commitment to creating a beautiful, pollinator-friendly landscape that enhances our community.
