BRENHAM PD MAKES ARRESTS FOR ASSAULT OF DISABLED INDIVIDUAL, TERRORISTIC THREAT
Brenham police arrested one person on Monday on a charge of assaulting a disabled individual and another early this (Tuesday) morning for terroristic threat.
At 4:45 p.m. Monday, Officer Trinten Rolling responded to the 4000 block of Highway 36 South in reference to a complainant. Police say their investigation revealed that 24-year-old De’Kobe Lewis of Cypress allegedly assaulted a disabled resident, causing bodily injury. Lewis was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual with Intentional Bodily Injury.
Just after 3:45 a.m. today, Officer Darrell Nunn Jr. and Officer Trinten Rolling were dispatched to the 1300 block of Tom Dee Street. The caller advised that his daughter was reportedly causing a verbal disturbance and making threats. Officers arrived on scene and determined that 31-year-old Michaela Dunlap of Brenham would be placed into custody. She was transported to the Washington County Jail for Terroristic Threat of a Family/Household Member.
