BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO CONSIDER PLAT REQUESTS

  

A light agenda faces the Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday.

Two consent agenda items are set to be considered, those being preliminary and final plat requests from Perry Lee Thomas III and Betty Thomas. 

The two are seeking to plat a currently unplatted, 1.5-acre property at 50 Kuhn Lane.  The property is zoned for B-2 Commercial Research and Technology use and is developed with two single-family homes, but also has vacant, undeveloped land.

City staff recommends approval of the plats.

The commission will meet Monday at noon at Brenham City Hall.
