BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES PLAT REQUESTS

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission approved two consent agenda items as part of a brief meeting on Monday. 

Commissioners approved preliminary and final plat requests from Perry Lee Thomas III and Betty Thomas, who were asking to plat a currently unplatted, 1.5-acre property at 50 Kuhn Lane.  The property is zoned for B-2 Commercial Research and Technology use and is developed with two single-family homes, but also has vacant, undeveloped land.

There were no regular agenda items for the commission to consider.
