CUBETTE VOLLEYBALL SWEEPS RUDDER FOR SECOND DISTRICT WIN

The Brenham Cubette Volleyball Team got back on the winning track last (Tuesday) night by taking all three of their sets against the Rudder Lady Rangers.

Brenham won the sets 25-9, 25-14, and 25-14.

Hannah Bush led the offense with 14 kills, and she also added seven digs on defense. Maggie Thibodeaux finished with 12 kills.

Claire Huff dished out 24 assists, and had a big night serving with seven aces.

Logan Hayslip led the defense with 22 digs and chipped in with four aces. Reese Warmke helped in the assist department with 14 of her own.

With the win, the Cubettes are now 13-18 overall and 2-3 in district.

Next up, they will be heading to College Station on Friday night for a 6pm match with the Lady Cougars.
