The Brenham Fire Department was called out four times on Monday.

At 7:15 p.m., firefighters received a report of an electrical emergency in the 1000 block of Barnhill Street.  There, they found a tree branch had fallen onto an electrical line.  The fire department stood by until the City of Brenham Electric Department arrived.

Just before 9:15 p.m., BFD personnel responded to a crash in the 400 block of West Alamo Street.  They provided traffic control until they were released by Brenham police.  No word was given on any possible injuries.

A few minutes shy of 11:15 p.m., the fire department was called to Prairie Lea Hall, 911 West Fifth Street, for a fire alarm.  Units determined the alarm was false.
