BHS STUDENT TO PERFORM WITH ALL-STATE CHORUS

  

A Brenham High School Choir student is getting an opportunity to perform with the Texas All-State Men’s Chorus.

Nathaniel Hoelscher was chosen for this prestigious honor through a competitive process held across the state at District, Region and Area levels. Hoelscher will perform with the Texas All-State Men’s Chorus on Saturday, February 17th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio. He and other All-State Chorus members will rehearse for three days before they perform to close out the 2018 Texas Music Educators Association Convention. Hoelscher, the son of Laura and Daren Hoelscher, is a student of Daniel Bercher and sings at Brenham High School under the direction of Amanda Jones.
