CODE MAROON ON A&M CAMPUS FOR CHEMICAL SPILL
The Texas A&M Campus in College Station went under a ‘Code Maroon’ this (Wednesday) morning, when a chemical spill was detected at the James A. Cain Physics Lab Building.
The College Station Fire Department and a HAZMAT Crew was called out at 7am to search for the spill. The spill was confirmed at 7:55am and the Code Maroon was issued.
The Cain Building was shut down while the search for the chemicals continued and the cleanup proceeded.
