HOUSTON MAN FACES LOCAL DRUG CHARGES

A Houston man is in custody after his arrest Thursday afternoon on drug charges.
Just after 12:00 noon, 37-year old Terrance Simmons of Houston was pulled over by Brenham Police in the 500 block of Highway 290 East.
During the stop, Corporal David Dudenhoeffer found Ecstasy, Marijuana, and Prescription drugs.
Simmons was place in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana.
