TxDOT SEEKING PUBLIC INPUT ON TEXAS RAIL PLAN
The Texas Department of Transportation is looking for public input on an update to the Texas Rail Plan.
The plan includes a list of current and future rail projects that the public will have a chance to learn about and submit comments. The plan also keeps inventory of all rail lines, examines finance strategies for projects and services, and considers potential infrastructure projects.
The public will be able to review and provide input on the plan via the online meeting. There is also a survey and online form to submit public comments until January 8, 2019. These options provide an opportunity for the public to give feedback on all rail-related issues in Texas.
Federal government requires that states have a state rail plan that is updated every four years to establish policy, priorities, and implementation strategies.
You can access the online meeting and survey through the links above.
If we can get an idea of what TXDOT plans are then perhaps we could help build on that.
This is nothing more than a FARCE! Trey could care less what the public wants, thinks, or about their concerns. Anyone who thinks differently is kidding themselves.
