BRENHAM POLICE MAKE TWO ARRESTS AT WALMART OVER WEEKEND

Brenham Police report that they made two arrests at the local Walmart store over the weekend.
On Friday at 9:45 PM, Officers with the Brenham Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a theft. Further investigation revealed Victor Hugo Aguilar (27 of Brenham) had passed all points of sale with unpaid merchandise. Aguilar was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for two active Warrants and Theft with 2 or more Previous Convictions.

On Saturday at 1:25 AM, Officer Marley Mayo responded to the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a criminal trespass. Investigation revealed that the suspect was reported to be on location where he had an active criminal trespass. Christian Thomas (17) of Brenham was located and placed in custody. While searching Thomas, Marijuana was located on him. Thomas was arrested for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana. Thomas was transported to the Washington County Jail.
