HOUSTON MAN CHARGED LOCALLY

A Houston man has been charged after a Sunday afternoon traffic stop.
Just before 2:00 p.m., Police stopped 40-year old Jason Andrew Burnett of Houston, in the 2700 block of State Highway 36 South.
According to police, they believe Burnett was intoxicated. He was also found in possession of THC oil.
Burnett was charged with Driving While Intoxicated—2nd Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
