WARRANT ARREST AND TRESPASS ARREST WEDNESDAY

  

The Brenham Police Department arrested two individuals Wednesday, one on an active warrant, and another for criminal trespass.

At approximately 10:30 AM, Officer Jason Kasprowicz responded to the 300 block of Shepard Lane in reference to a Warrant service. Upon arrival, Melvin Ragston, 55 of Brenham was located and placed in custody for an active Warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.  Ragston was transported to the Washington County Jail.

At approximately 11:45 AM, Sgt. John Snowden, responded to the 600 block of Matilda Street in reference to a reported criminal trespass call. Investigation revealed that James Daniels Jr., 23, Brenham, was on the property with an active criminal trespass warning. Daniels was arrested without incident and transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in for Criminal Trespass.
