FIVE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to six years in prison in the latest edition of 21st District Court.
27-year old Kristopher St. John Markie Williams, of Brenham, pleaded guilty to Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle – a Third Degree Felony.
Williams was arrested in May of this year.
Also sentenced, Thursday:
39-year old Brooke Finkenbiner, of Austin, had her probation revoked and was sentenced to three years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense – a Third Degree Felony.
Finkenbiner was originally arrested back in September of 2013.
25-year old Jessie Jaramillo, of Brenham, was placed on 10 years’ probation for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon – a Second Degree Felony.
Jaramillo, who was arrested in November of last year, was also fined $1500 fine, ordered to pay a $100 Family Violence Fee, enter a Batterers Intervention Program, and perform 300 hours of community service.
22-year old Briana Monik Johnson, of Houston, was placed on five years’ probation for a Third Degree Felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Johnson must also successfully complete a Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility program.
And, 22-year old Christopher Adam Rodriguez, of Corpus Christi, was placed on five years’ probation on each of two counts: Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering With Physical Evidence. He was also fined $1000.
