THEFT WARNINGS

  

Brenham police Lt. Billy Rich is reminding people to secure and hide their belongings when they are in public places.
He says police are investigating the theft of two purses during auto burglaries in the parking lot of the Blue Bell Aquatic Center Thursday during the noon hour.
Police reports say the car windows were smashed and the purses were taken. The search for the suspects and the purses continues.
