BRENHAM FD PUTS OUT SMALL GRASS FIRE

  

The Brenham Fire Department was called on to put out a small grass fire, Sunday.

Just before noon, the department was called to the 600 block of Farmers Road, west of U.S. Highway 290.

Firefighters found a small area of grass burning at the scene, which was quickly extinguished.

The fire was sparked by a pile the owners were burning.
