BRANNON INDUSTRIAL GROUP NAMED ONE OF TOP 50 HAULERS IN NORTH AMERICA BY WASTE TODAY MAGAZINE
Brannon Industrial Group (BIG) has been nationally recognized by a publication as one of the top haulers in the country.
BIG was named one of the Top 50 Haulers in North America by Waste Today magazine. The company, which processes more than 168,000 tons of material a year, ranked 37th on the list.
Rankings were based on the largest revenues in 2019 from hauling companies in the United States and Canada. Last year, BIG earned $47 million in revenue, a part of $52.7 billion in revenue amassed by companies on the list.
BIG President Blake Brannon started the company ten years ago, bringing the first metal recycling facility to Brenham. Now employing 150 people, the company also brought construction and demolition recycling to Bryan/College Station to divert more tons from the landfill.
BIG has also expanded services to become a “one stop shop” for waste, recycling, portable sanitation, metal recycling, and temporary fencing. In addition, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has moved into the environmental markets with disinfection services.
Brannon himself was honored earlier this year as a winner in the Waste360 40 Under 40 awards program, which recognizes the next generation of leaders who are shaping the future of the waste and recycling industry.
I’ll say Brannon Industrial well deserving. Residing on S.Chappell hill St.w/many homes to serve the guys are punctual, never fail to put the receptacle back where it was ( for those of us requiring assistance) & I can promise you when 1:30 p.m. rolls around…..set your watch & by golly trash is picked up.
