BFD CALLED OUT TO LOCAL TRUCK FIRE OVERNIGHT
No injuries are reported after an 18-wheeler caught fire, Thursday night.
Just after 10:00 p.m. the Brenham Fire Department was called to the intersection US 290 East and South Chappell Hill Street.
Upon arrival, units found smoke and flames coming from an 18-wheeler. The fire was contained to the back duals and brake area.
Brenham fire units were able to extinguish the fire and return to service.
