WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER LOCAL TRAFFIC STOP

A Hempstead woman faces multiple charges after her arrest Thursday in Brenham.
22-year-old Breundranique Sharae Wilson was taken into custody after police were called to a motorist assist near the intersection of US Highway 290 East and FM 577.
After an investigation, Wilson was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two active warrants out of Brenham Municipal Courts – for No Driver’s License and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
She was transported to the Washington County Jail.
