BURN BANS ACTIVE IN COLORADO, GRIMES, WALLER COUNTIES
Burn bans are beginning to pop up around the area.
On Wednesday, Grimes County Commissioners ordered a county-wide burn ban until further notice.
Grimes County joins Colorado and Waller counties in prohibiting outdoor burning until their orders are lifted.
As of today (Thursday), 51 of the state’s 254 counties are under a burn ban.
