WASHINGTON CO. APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD TO CONSIDER PROPOSALS FOR APPRAISAL SOFTWARE
The Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors will meet tomorrow (Tuesday) to potentially award a contract for mass appraisal and tax collection software.
Two proposals were opened by the board at its meeting November 19th, coming from current software provider Tyler Technologies and Harris Govern.
Board members will also take up a resolution regarding a financing agreement for the purpose of financing computer-assisted mass appraisal software and technology.
Also at tomorrow’s meeting, the board will consider adopting a new agricultural and wildlife policy. It will also look to approve the 2020-21 audit and accept the 2021 annual and mass appraisal reports.
The board will meet tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the appraisal district office at 1301 Niebuhr Street in Brenham.
