KRAUSE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS MEET VIRTUALLY WITH KBTX METEOROLOGIST
Students from Krause Elementary School visited virtually this week with a meteorologist from an area TV station.
KBTX-TV’s Mia Montgomery joined 4th graders Tuesday morning to discuss weather forecasting and her job as a meteorologist.
Students asked Montgomery questions about her studies in college and her favorite type of weather to report on, as well as about tornadoes and hurricanes.
Students also got a virtual tour of the weather studio and green screen used for broadcasts.
