PRIVATE APPLICATOR TRAINING FEB. 9 AT WASHINGTON CO. EXTENSION OFFICE
Anyone looking for a state license for a limited use or restricted use pesticide can take steps toward obtaining one at a Private Applicator Training next week in Brenham.
The half-day training will take place on Wednesday, February 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Washington County Extension Office.
Once an applicant has completed the training and passes the agriculture pesticide applicator licensing exam, they can apply for a Private Applicator License, allowing for the purchase of all state limited use and restricted use pesticides used in agriculture.
Books and study materials for the course need to be purchased ahead of time for $40 at the Extension Office. A registration fee of $10 will cover the training and additional study materials.
