NAMES RELEASED IN BRAZOS COUNTY FATAL SHOOTING

  

The Brazos County Sheriff’s Office has released the names for the individuals involved in a fatal shooting Thursday afternoon.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a disturbance with a weapon around 3:30pm on Stokes Circle, near Pipeline Road in southern Brazos County.

The deputies along with a DPS Trooper confronted the suspect, 51 year old Randall Lee Isbell, who they said refused to cooperate with their commands to drop his gun. He was shot by the DPS trooper and died at the scene.

The Brazos County SWAT Team was called in to secure the scene and search the property.

After searching the property, authorities also discovered the bodies of 59 year old Daniel Rowe, and his wife, 59 year old Kelly Rowe.

It is not yet known if the two victims had any sort of relationship to the suspect.

Authorities did say that Isbell had an extensive criminal history.

The incident is under investigation by the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office, and the Texas Rangers. More details will be released as they are discovered.
