BISHOP TEXAS MAN ARRESTED TUESDAY

A Bishop, Texas man was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges after he gave Police a fictitious name.
Brenham Police report that Tuesday afternoon at 2:15, Officers were dispatched to a disturbance call in the 800 block of Pleasantview Avenue. During the investigation, Officers were provided with the wrong name by the male subject on location numerous times. Officers were notified that the male subject’s actual name was Emilio Thomas Ybarra, 35 of Bishop, Texas, and he had two active warrants out of Corpus Christi. Ybarra was placed in custody and booked in at the Washington County Jail for warrants including credit card or debit card abuse, Making a Terroristic Threat causing fear of Serious Bodily Injury, and current charges of Resisting arrest, search or detention, and Failure to identify Fugitive Giving False Info.
