CASA FOR KIDS “CAKE SMASH CHALLENGE”

CASA Board President and Blinn College Executive Dean Dr. John Turner

The Brenham Chapter of CASA for Kids is celebrating their 15th anniversary with their 2nd annual “Cake Smash Challenge.”

Over the years, CASA has supported and encouraged thousands of children who have been the victims of child abuse. They have also trained hundreds of volunteers.

They are currently raising funds during Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month.

CASA has set a goal of raising $15,000 by April 30.  If they hit that goal, Board President and Blinn College Executive Dean Dr. John Turner will be filmed outside their facility having a cake smashed in his face.

Waller County Judge Trey Duhon has volunteered to also take a cake to the face if they can double the contribution amount.
