WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 25 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury returned 25 indictments Tuesday.  Those indicted include:

Kyle Cole Barnett, 29 of Florence was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Jim Edward Brown, 46 of Belton was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Repeat Offender).

Brandon Lee-Carldale Cavil, 43 of Brenham was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Lindsay Dyan Cooper, 37 of Katy was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info, 50 Items or More and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Freddie Lee Franklin, Jr., 42 of Waller was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

Gregory Paul Garcia, 21 of Brenham was indicted for Assault of a Pregnant Woman.

Larry Hickey, 35 of Brenham was indicted for 2 counts of Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation and Assault of a Pregnant Woman.

Demetrius James Lee Jones, 21 of Austin was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Carlos Rivera Loredo, 24 of Irving was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Continuous Violence Against a Family member.

Eustorgio Perez, 45 of Brenham was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or more offences.

Jaime Camilo Perez, 20 of Ledbetter was indicted for Assault of Pregnant woman.

Matthew Garrett Polk, 44 of Austin was indicted for Intentional Bodily Injury to the Elderly.

Aaron Dewayne Ross, 56 of Brenham was indicted for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register for Life, Annually.

James Lance Singleton, 32 of Pflugerville was indicted for Unlawful Possession Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Also indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were:

Laura Marie Corley, 37 of Brenham, Ashley Lyne Knebel, 33 of Waller, and Isabel Velasquez, 60 of Brenham.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested:

Markus Dupree Davis, 37 of Austin was indicted for Unlawful Possession Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Ja’Tavious Harris-Franklin, 19 of Brenham was indicted for Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm.

Elvin Dubon Caramo, 18 of Austin was indicted for Tampering with a Government Record.

Alexis Oluwo, 36 of Houston was indicted for Bail Jumping / Failure to Appear.

Jaime Alberto Chavez, Jr., 29 of Somerville was indicted for Theft of Copper less than $20,000.
