HEMPHILL AND CUB RELAY TEAM GOING TO STATE

Members of the Brenham Cub Track Team are heading to the UIL State Track Meet in Austin.
At the Regional Track Meet in Humble over the weekend, Eric Hemphill won first place in the Men's 400 Meter Dash. Hemphill finished with a time of 47.5 seconds.
The 4x400 Meter Relay Team consisting of Hemphill, La'Tre Bonner, Savion Ragston, and Saif Mohammed finished second overall. They finished with a time of 3:17.72.
The top two finishers in each event advance to State.
The Class 5A State Track Meet is Friday, May 13.
