THROWING MARIJUANA LEADS TO SECOND CHARGE

  

Throwing Marijuana out of their vehicle led to a second charge for a Brenham man Friday.

Brenham Police report that Friday afternoon at 3:15, Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of South Blue Bell Road and Gun and Rod Road for a traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Eric Jermaine Winters, 45 of Brenham, was taken into custody after he was observed throwing Marijuana out of his vehicle. Additional narcotics were located on his person. Winters was booked in and released to jail staff for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.
