FIRE DESTROYS TRASH TRAILER AT BRENHAM COLLECTION STATION
A trash trailer was destroyed in a fire Thursday afternoon at the BVR Collection Station in Brenham.
Around 3:15 p.m., the Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to 2009 Old Chappell Hill Road for a reported vehicle fire. Units arrived and found the trash trailer fully involved.
The fire was extinguished with mutual aid from the Meyersville Volunteer Fire Department, but the trailer was a total loss. The cause of the fire was undetermined.
No one was injured.
