SHELBY VFD FUNDRAISER THIS COMING SUNDAY
The Shelby Volunteer Fire Department is holding their 64th Annual Fundraiser this coming Sunday.
The Fundraiser will be held at Harmonie Hall in Shelby starting with a barbecue meal at 11am.
They are serving beef and pork plates at a cost of $15 each. The barbecue plates can either be dine-in or to-go. They also have barbecue available by the pound. According to organizers, the meals will continue to be served until they are sold out.
In addition to the food, there is also a free dance featuring the Crossroads Band starting at 2pm, along with a silent auction, and a drawing.
The Shelby Volunteer Fire Department thanks everyone for their generous donations.
Proceeds from the fundraiser goes to help them purchase fire equipment and provide necessary training to help protect and serve the community.
