Barnett’s concert will take place on Saturday, June 11th at 8 p.m.  It was originally scheduled for February 5th, but was postponed due to Winter Storm Landon causing travel complications.

Named “Nashville Songbook”, the concert features many Patsy Cline hits, as well as hits of other top artists including Elvis, Roy Orbison, BJ Thomas, Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, Hank Williams and Dolly Parton.

The Barnhill Center producer Sharon Brass says Barnett is “one of Nashville’s most enduring musical treasures” and “continues to wow critics and audiences with her recordings and concerts around the world.”

Barnett first gained national prominence as the original star of the theatrical hit, Always, Patsy Cline, at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.  She performs on the original soundtrack album, and is the only actress to have played the role on the historic Ryman stage where Cline’s legend began.

Barnett was recently inducted into Nashville’s Grand Ol’ Opry where she still performs often.  Her style is rooted in the classic crooning of iconic singers, mostly in the country and pop genres.
