BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION

A Brenham man was arrested Saturday evening on a public intoxication charge.
Brenham Police report that Saturday evening at 5:45, Officer Michael Alston was dispatched to East Academy Street and North Chappell Hill Street in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that Michael Nobles, 32 of Brenham, was intoxicated in public. Nobles was placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Washington County jail for booking.
