GRAND JURY RETURNS 19 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury met Tuesday of this week and returned 19 indictments.

Charles Edward Bartley, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

Roland Okeith Branch, 39 of Brenham, was indicted for Sexual Assault of a Child.

Nathaniel Earl Davis, 52 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Kevin Ashley Pierce Gaines, 43 of College Station was indicted for 2 counts of having a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Mark Anthony Gonzales, 27 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.

Billy Joe Jordan, Jr., 64 of Hempstead, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500 with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

Justin Edmond Lee, 40 of Bryan, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or More offences.

Dominic Peterson, 22 of Austin, was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

Luis David Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impede Breath or Circulation.

Alicia Rena Smith, 54 of Pearland, was indicted for Theft of Property less than $2500 with 2 or More Previous Convictions.

Four people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are: Jamal Deanthoni Johnson, 21 of Bryan, Kerrence LaKeith McDonald, 36 of Brenham, Clinton Wayne Shaw, 53 of College Station, and George Anthony Talerico, 24 of Round Rock.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released.

Daniel Fritz, 40 of Brenham, was indicted for Indecency with Child-Sexual Contact.

Bernardo Hernandez-Gonzales, 45 of Brenham, was indicted for Indecency with Child-Sexual Contact.
