BURTON BASKETBALL SPLITS DOUBLEHEADER WITH RICHARDS
The Burton Lady Panther Basketball Team got yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon's doubleheader off to a good start with an 83-21 victory over Richards.
Burton dominated the game from start to finish. Tiara Burns led the Lady Panthers with 31 points. Meanwhile, Sierra Hancock finished with 16 points and Abby Lamson added 14 points.
The Lady Panthers are now 13-5 on the season. They are off until December 29 when they host the Burton Tournament.
The Burton Panther Basketball Team didn't fair as well. They lost to Richards 50-46.
The loss drops the Panthers to 1-1 on the season.
After taking off for Christmas, the Panthers now get ready to travel to the Schulenburg Tournament, which starts on December 27.
