HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED ON DWI CHARGES

  

A Houston man was arrested Monday on DWI charges.

Brenham Police report that Monday night at 10:15, Officer Grayson Marburger initiated a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Highway 36 North for a traffic violation, defective equipment. The driver, Cipriano Cabrera Gomez, 54 of Houston, exhibited signs of intoxication. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered and based on the driver’s performance he was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Container.
