BLINN BOARD TO DISCUSS PROPOSED 2023-24 TUITION, FEES

  

The Blinn College Board of Trustees are scheduled to meet on Tuesday morning.

Board members will hear a presentation from Vice Chancellor of Business and Finance Richard Cervantes on the proposed tuition and fees for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. 

Vice Chancellor of Student Services Dr. Becky McBride is going to present an institutional enrollment report for the Winter 2022 Mini-mester and a preliminary report on the Spring 2023 Semester.

She will also present a housing summary report for the Spring 2023 Semester.

Action items on the agenda include approving the policy priorities for the 88th Texas Legislative Session.

The board is also expected to authorize the college administration to negotiate and execute a contract for roof replacement and interior finish upgrades on the Bryan Campus, as well as roof and gutter replacement at the Blinn College Park Apartments on the Brenham Campus.

In addition to that, the Trustees will meet in executive session to discuss authorizing the school administration to negotiate and execute a temporary construction easement with Atmos Energy Corporation on the Bryan Campus.

The Blinn College Board of Trustees meet Tuesday at 10am on the third floor of the Brenham Campus Administration Building.
