CUBS AND PANTHERS MAKE THE ALL BRAZOS VALLEY TEAM

Six members of the Brenham Cubs and two members of the Burton Panther football teams have made the 2023 All Brazos Valley Team.

For the Brenham Cubs, All Brazos Valley First Team honors went to QB Rylan Wooten and OL Logan Marshall.

All Brazos Valley Second Team honors went to WR Reid Robinson, OL Eric Aschenbeck, LB Cade Moore, and CB Savion Ragston.

For the Burton Panthers, RB Tyrone Gilmon received first team honors. RB/WR Delvin Gantt received second team honors.

Aschenbeck and Ragston have already signed letters of intent to play for Blinn College. Two other Buccaneer recruits were also chosen. College Station DB Harrison Robinson made the first team, while Navasota RB Deontray Scott made the second team.

The Franklin Lions were chosen as the Brazos Valley Team of the Year, while Coach of the Year honors went to Stoney Pryor of College Station, and Franklin RB Franklin Washington was named as the Player of the Year.
