BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON DWI CHARGE

  

A Brenham man was arrested Monday on a DWI charge.

Brenham Police report that Monday afternoon at 2:10, Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Market in reference to an unconscious person sitting in the driver seat of a vehicle parked in the roadway. Initial investigation revealed the subject was under the influence of an alcohol beverage while operating a motor vehicle. The subject, Mitchell Lee Paul, 30 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. Additionally, Paul has two outstanding warrants for his arrest for Parole Violation and Driving While Intoxicated. Paul was transported to the Washington County Jail.
