SHAE JANNER RESIGNS FROM THE WASHINGTON COUNTY CHAMBER
Washington County Chamber of Commerce Business Programs Manager Shae Janner announced this (Tuesday) afternoon that she is stepping down.
In an e-mail sent to Chamber Members, Janner said that she turned in her resignation back on May 1, and also announced that tomorrow (Wednesday) is going to be her last day.
She has been with the Chamber for the last nine and a half years.
Janner told KWHI that the reason for her departure is that she is taking some time to research and educate herself on a possible business venture that has been wheeling in her mind for quite some time.
Janner added that she will still be involved in the Chamber, but just in a different aspect moving forward.
In addition to that, she encouraged everyone to stay involved and take advantage of the many opportunities that being a Chamber member has to offer.
Any further e-mail communications intended for Janner are asked to be sent to info@brenhamtexas.com until her replacement has been selected.
As a former Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, I am proud to say Shae was always had a positive attitude and went above and beyond in service to our community. God bless you and wishing you nothing but the best.
My congratulations to Shae on the “job well done” at the Chamber. I listened to her for years on the radio about Chamber activities and she always made me proud. We worked together at BISD for 10 years and she did an outstanding job promoting the Career and Technical Education programs. Thank you, Shae, and wishing you the best in your next endeavors!
She is, and always has been an asset to the Chamber and Washington County in general.
I wish her all the best in whatever she chooses to do.
She will be missed!! Her hard work and dedication over the years was evident!
