CYPRESS MAN ARRESTED SATURDAY

  

A Cypress man was arrested Saturday for Public Intoxication.

Brenham Police report that Saturday night at 10:55, Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Wood Ridge Blvd. in reference to an Intoxicated Person call. After further investigation, it was determined that Michael Dudich, 42 of Cypress, was intoxicated in a public place and a danger to himself or others. Dudich was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and marijuana was located inside his pant pockets during a search. Dudich was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
