MARIJUANA ARREST TUESDAY

  

A Katy man was arrested Tuesday on Marijuana Charges.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday morning at 11:55, Sergeant Sierra Randle initiated a traffic stop in the 1500 block of FM 389 on a vehicle for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed the driver, Habib Kouyate Toure, 26 of Katy, was in possession of Marijuana and was taken into custody and transported to the Washington county jail where he was charged with Possession Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
