ONE PERSON ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

One person was arrested Friday on multiple charges.
Brenham Police report that Friday night at 10:55, Sergeant Jimmy Ha initiated a traffic stop near the 1100 block of Highway 290 East on a vehicle reported as a reckless driver. Marijuana and Promethazine were located inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Michael Cornelius Brown, 37 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Possession Marijuana less than 2 oz., Possession Dangerous Drug, and Nonrepairable or Salvage Motor Vehicle Violation.
