THREE ARRESTED TUESDAY

Three people were arrested Tuesday in separate incidents on outstanding warrants and other charges.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday morning at 6:25, Officers responded to an address located near the 100 block of Carrington Lane to serve a warrant. Upon arrival, the wanted person, Brandon Lee-Cardale Cavil, 22 of Brenham, was located and placed into custody for three outstanding warrants for; Possession Marijuana less than 2 oz, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, and No driver’s license.  He was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Tuesday evening at 7:40, Sergeant Ashley Burns initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was discovered to have two active warrants for his arrest and was operating a vehicle during a period his driver’s license is under suspension. The driver also does not have valid insurance for the vehicle being driven. The driver, Jesus Gilberto Villarreal, 33 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid, Enhanced and two warrants for Safety Belt Violation and Expired Operators License. Villarreal was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then early Wednesday morning at 3:25, Officer Eric Crosby initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle violation. Marijuana was located in the vehicle during a search. The driver, Jonathan Robertson Paul, 42 of The Woodlands, was placed in custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and he was also discovered to have two active warrants out of the City of Brenham Municipal Count for; Expired Registration, and Driving While License Invalid.
