SCHULENBURG FESTIVAL AUG. 3-6
Schulenburg will soon play host to “The National Party of Texas.”
The 45th Annual Schulenburg Festival, running August 3-6, will fill Wolters Park with live music, rodeo action, parades, pageants, barbecue and chili cook-offs, arts and crafts, games and other fun.
The music opens on Thursday, August 3rd with Southbound 955. Friday picks up with The Barditch Hippies, Jacob Stelly and Cory Morrow. Saturday will feature Texas Sundown Band, Tracy & Resendis, Texas Unlimited Band (TUB) and William Clark Green. Sunday closes out with the Dujka Brothers and TUB.
Admission is free on Thursday, Saturday before 5 p.m., and Sunday. Entry on Friday is $20, while Saturday after 5 p.m. is $25. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge at all times.
