GRAND JURY RETURNS 43 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury returned 43 indictments this week.

Brazos Colton Bledsoe, 21 of Pinehurst, Texas, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz and 5 lbs.

Dennis Carey, 67 of Somerville, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences.

Tiffany Lashey Cunningham, 42 of Brenham, was indicted for three counts of Abandonment or Endangerment of a Child.

Sheldon Dejuan Jennings, 18 of Brenham, was indicted for three counts of Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Willie Moore, 38 of Robbins, Illinois, was indicted for Assault Family Violence, with a Previous Conviction.

Keith Everett Morgan, 59 of College Station, was indicted for Possession Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Jonathan Wayne Nichols, 25 of Houston, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Ramsey Lee Randall, Jr., 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Nicolas Eugene Randle, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for two counts of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Jonathan Michael Rogers, 39 of Bryan, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info. Less than 5 items and Theft of between $2500 and $30,000.

Hector Rafael Gonzalez Tamayo, 19 of Tampa, Florida, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Juan DeJesus Taylor, 17 of Bleiblerville, was indicted for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Diondrick Deshawn Thomas, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Continuous Violence Against Family.

Jamar Vargas, 22 of Pasadena, was indicted for Money Laundering between $2500 and $30,000.

Andy Diaz Villavicencio, 28 of Hialeah, Florida, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Fraudulent Use or Possession of a Credit or Debit Card greater than 50 total.

12 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are: Lorenzo Bautista Alonso, 35 of Brenham, Patrick Myrel Broussard, 40 of Houston, Robert Lee Cypress, 24 of Harker Heights, Texas, Daniel Alexander Sabellos Guerra, 21 of Houston, Justin Earl Hickman, 36 of Brenham, Michael Jarod Hubbard, 33 of Hempstead, Ruben Valencia Lopez, 43 of Brenham, Freddie Martinez, Jr., 31 of Brenham, Marissa Cathryn Moore, 30 of Cypress, Ashley Nicole Richardson, 27 of Houston, Nakeshia Deshun Watkins, 35 of Brenham, and Isaac Zarate, 22 of Pasadena, Texas.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.

Shammie Lon Hill, 62 of Brenham, was indicted for Injury to a Child.

Gerson Lemus, 37 of Brenham, was indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14 Years of Age.
