GIDDINGS REGISTERING KIDS FOR TO BE “FUTURE BUFFS”
Registration is now open for a new tradition at Giddings High School. Kids in pre-kindergarten thru the fifth grade can be part of the Giddings Future Buffs.
Members get a Future Buffs T-Shirt with a current player’s number and a Future Buff’s name on the back.
They also get free entry into all home football games when wearing their Future Buffs T-shirt, and get to run through the helmet.
In addition to that, the Future Buffs get to walk out with their player before the game, and stay on the sideline for the kickoffs for all home games.
Plus, they get to ride on the float with their players during the homecoming parade.
The cost to join the Future Buffs is $30. Registration forms are available on the Giddings High School website and on their Facebook page.
Checks are to be made payable to the GHS Activity Fund, and be sure to put Future Buffs in the memo line.
Forms and money need to be turned in to Kelci Adams at Giddings Elementary School by August 7th to guarantee your shirt by the first home game.
Registration will be accepted until August 21st, but they can’t guarantee the shirt by the first home game.
