PERSON ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

One person was arrested on Marijuana charges after their car was parked at Jackson Street Park after hours. 

Brenham Police report that early Tuesday morning at 12:30, Officer Lauren Vieceli observed a vehicle parked at Jackson Street Park after park hours in the 600 block of West Valverde Street.  An investigation was conducted resulting in a probable cause search on the vehicle. Lerick Burch, 19 of Humble, was placed into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2oz. Burch was transported to the Washington County Jail.
